About Travel Nurse Links
Travel Nurse Links, LLC was created to provide educational offerings, events and vacation opportunities for travel nurses and other traveling medical professionals. Travel Nurse Links primarily educates perinatal travel nurses in the delivery room to provide excellent, life-saving care to mothers, unborn infants and their families. Through our educational seminars and events, we aim to improve health outcomes during childbirth by our sharing knowledge and expertise to caregivers.
Our courses and educational opportunities were designed to coordinate with industry-leading associations like AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses), AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and AHA (American Heart Association).
Meet the Owner & Instructor
Meet Patricia Pitts, RN (traveling nurse), OB Nursing Educator, BLS (CPR) Instructor, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Instructor, EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) Instructor, OPS (Obstetric Patient Safety) Instructor and expert travel advisor.
Pat has been practicing obstetrical and perinatal nursing for over thirty years. Pat worked as a traveling nurse at hospitals across the country before pursuing instructor certifications to offer travel nursing educational seminars and events. She saw an opportunity to teach travel nurses and other traveling medical professionals to provide top-notch life-saving care during childbirth for
mothers, their unborn infants and families. Her goal was to provide a more-detailed educational program that would allow her to demonstrate effectively; in her vision, these sessions could be offered while traveling and networking with colleagues.
Pat is incredibly passionate about impacting the rising maternal and infant death rates by supporting and educating perinatal travel nurses. Through Travel Nurse Links, she hopes to continue to build a community of empowered and educated travel nurses and other traveling medical professionals.
